Experience Counts
The Law Offices of Timothy Hessinger, P.A. defends people accused of all types of felony charges. While at the State Attorney's Office I handled many first degree murder charges from the initial investigation, through Grand Jury, the discovery process, and jury trial.
I also handled many cases in Division "M" which is the Career Criminal Division. These case included robbery, firearm violations, bank robbery, sexual battery, murder, kidnapping, burglary and carjacking. Our firm is very familiar with the different sentencing enhancements used by prosecutors such as 10-20-Life, Violent Career Criminal, Habitual Felony Offender and Prison Release Reoffender.
