Tim Hessinger is a former 15 year prosecutor who has handled some of the most highly publicized cases in St. Petersburg. While at the Pinellas County State Attorneys Office, Tim was in the Major Crime Division and prosecuted many child murders, serial rapists, and other crimes that garnered major media attention. Tim developed a reputation as a tough but fair prosecutor who zealously prosecuted each of his cases.

Tim left the Pinellas County State Attorneys Office in February of 2005 and has used his many years of experience as a prosecutor to defend hundreds of criminal cases. Since 2005, Tim has continued to handle some of the most publicized cases in St. Petersburg.

Donald Kilfin is a former 6 year Pinellas County State Prosecutor who developed an outstanding reputation with other prosecutors, criminal defense attorneys and judges. Don handled all types of felony and misdemeanor cases as a prosecutor including death penalty cases. Now as a criminal defense attorney, Don puts his years of experience as a prosecutor to work for each client to achieve the best possible results.
